For customers using Whish, your payments are safeguarded by their specific industrial-grade encryption and advanced security measures.
3- Order Confirmation
Following your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you providing a comprehensive summary of:
- Order Specifics: A detailed list of the products purchased, quantities, and the total cost.
- Payment Preference: Your selected method of transaction (Cash on Delivery, or Whish Money).
- Shipping Logistics: The designated billing and shipping addresses provided for the delivery.

4- Delivery Coverage
Our distribution reaches all areas across the Lebanese territory.
We partner with established domestic delivery services to guarantee that your orders are handled with care and delivered within the promised timeframe.
5- Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery windows depend on your location within Lebanon:
- Beirut & Greater Beirut: Orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
- Outside Beirut: Expect your package within 3 to 4 working days.
While we strive to meet these goals, several factors may affect the final delivery date:
- Regional Accessibility: The specific logistics of reaching your area.
- Product Readiness: Preparation time based on item availability.
- Environmental Factors: Adverse weather or unexpected road closures.
- Operational Breaks: Observations of national holidays or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
6- Delivery Fees
All shipments within the Lebanese territory are subject to a fixed delivery fee of $4.
Skinns is pleased to offer free shipping on any order with a total value of $50 or above.
However, this policy may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
7- Delivery Process
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, you will be contacted directly by the courier via WhatsApp or phone call. This will serve as your notification that the package is on its way. While you receive an automated confirmation email immediately after placing your order, all subsequent delivery updates will be handled through direct contact from our delivery team. We kindly ask that an authorized person be present at the delivery location to accept the order.
Undeliverable Packages : If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an inaccurate address or the recipient’s absence, our support team will contact you to arrange a new time. Please note that a rescheduling fee will be applied if more than 2 delivery attempts are made.
8- Damaged or Missing Items
While we take the utmost care in preparing and inspecting every package, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong products:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Include clear photographs of the items and a brief explanation of the problem.
- Our team will promptly evaluate the situation and guide you through the next steps, which may involve a replacement or an exchange, depending on the specific case.

9- Late or Delayed Deliveries
Although we prioritize timely arrivals, external factors outside our immediate control, such as courier logistics, severe weather, or local traffic regulations, can occasionally cause delays. In the event of a notable delay, we will proactively notify you and take all necessary steps to resolve the matter quickly.
10- Order Tracking
After you receive the initial confirmation of your order via email, and once your order is ready for dispatch, your tracking and delivery updates are handled personally.
Once your Skinns package is out for delivery, the driver will reach out to you directly via WhatsApp or phone call, to confirm your location and provide a real-time arrival estimate.
