When you access our services, you confirm that you meet these criteria:

• Maturity & Supervision: You have reached the age of majority (18) or are using this website under the direct supervision of an adult.
• Regional Service: You understand that our delivery operations are exclusive to Lebanon and verify that the delivery address provided is within the country.
• Data Integrity: You agree that all information shared during account creation or the checkout process is current, accurate, and complete.

3- Products & Availability

We offer a selection of premium skincare products including, but not limited to, cleansers, serums, toners, eye patches, masks, body washes…

Please note that all items are offered subject to current stock levels. We maintain the authority to change, suspend, or restrict the purchase quantities of any item at our discretion. These adjustments may occur at any time and without previous notification.

4- Pricing

All our products’ prices are displayed on our website in Lebanese Pound (LBP) and United States Dollar (USD).

While we may adjust our prices periodically, any modifications will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed. 

In the event of a technical glitch or a clear pricing error, we maintain the authority to rectify the mistake or cancel the specific orders involved. In such cases, we will contact you directly to inform you of the correction.

5- Orders & Confirmation

Once your order is placed through our website, you will be sent an email confirmation signifying that your order has been processed. A transaction is only officially finalized once this email notification is issued.

We maintain the discretion to decline or void any order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Stock Issues: If a product is currently out of stock or unavailable.
• Payment Verification: If the provided payment information is inaccurate or cannot be processed.
• Security Concerns: If we detect patterns of suspicious or potentially fraudulent behavior.
• Logistical Constraints: If there are specific delivery challenges or limitations affecting your location.

6- Payment Terms

All payment transactions are processed securely through third-party providers. Skinns does not store or have access to your full payment details.

7- Delivery

We provide delivery services across the entire Lebanese territory. Please note that arrival times are subject to your specific location and current stock levels. Our standard timelines are as follows:

• Beirut and Suburbs: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday.
• All Other Regions: Expect delivery within a window of 3 to 4 business days.

Shipping is charged at a fixed rate of $4 per order across all regions of Lebanon. However, if your total order value reaches $50 or more, your delivery will be processed free of charge. While we strive for punctuality, Skinns cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as road blocks, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8- Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be made at any time prior to shipment. However, once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of our courier partners, we are unable to accept cancellation requests or stop the delivery process. In such cases, you can refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy to see if your purchase qualifies for a return.

These assets are protected under international and local trademark and copyright laws. 

No part of this platform may be reproduced, modified, or distributed for commercial gain without our prior written authorization.

11- Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure all information on our platform is precise and current, we cannot promise that our website will always be free of errors, function without interruption, or be completely immune to security risks.

Skinns is not responsible for:

• Indirect Losses: Any secondary, incidental, or resulting damages that occur from using our website or our products.
• External Disruptions: Delays or losses caused by independent third parties, such as our shipping partners or payment processors.
• Maximum Responsibility: Our total accountability to you for any claim shall be strictly limited to the actual amount you paid for the specific product involved.
